YellowDog has been selected as one of Hello Tomorrow’s Top 500 deep tech startups worldwide. It is further shortlisted amongst a select cohort of companies in the Data & AI category.
The Hello Tomorrow Global Challenge is a worldwide renowned science & technology startup competition.
YellowDog has been shortlisted as one of the best Data and Artificial Intelligence startups in the world. Its Cloud Rendering platform in Media and Entertainment and its technology for Financial Services, which helps enterprises utilise spare computing power both on-premise and with the public cloud, continues to be recognised for its delivery of unrivalled data processing power.
YellowDog Founder and CEO, Gareth Williams said: “What an honour! We have a clear vision to help people do more with higher, more sustainable levels, of computing power at their fingertips. International recognition in Data and AI technology is something that means a great deal to our team. Let us see what the final holds for us next year.”
There were over 4,500 applications from 119 countries with London being named the top city worldwide. Other cities included within the top 10 are Singapore, Paris, San Francisco, Munich, Lausanne, Berlin, Istanbul, Boston, and Toronto.
The global finalists will be announced in January 2019. Selected finalists will pitch at the Global Summit on March 14-15th 2019.
