Niall Kennedy

Niall has over 25 years’ experience working in the Financial Services and Financial Technology industries in Ireland, the UK and Canada.

Starting his career in Investment Funds administration with Invesco, Niall moved to FinTech in the Global Foreign Exchange Trade and Position Management arena, with Wall Street Systems, a privately owned US software company. This company was acquired by Private Equity 10 years later and Niall was part of the Product Management team that directed the development of a fully redesigned product on future state technology. This development coupled with advances in the pre-existing product, led to market share growth and key customer retention, which enabled a PE exit with a multi-fold increase on investment in 2011. From 2011, to joining YellowDog in 2018, Niall transitioned to a key Product Management role at ION Group, a global financial software and data firm.

In addition to FinTech Product Management, Niall has developed and managed teams in other areas including Development, Client and Professional Services and has led pre-sales engagements and solution implementations throughout Europe, North America and Australasia.

Niall has a Business Studies degree from Dublin City University.
