YellowDog Founder and CEO Nominated for Institute of Directors Award

14.05.2018

YellowDog’s founder Gareth Williams has been announced as one of the nominees for the Institute of Directors South West Award in the Start Up category.

This prestigious award has previously been won by outstanding leaders and innovators in a multitude of fields such as Merle Hall of Kinneir Dufort and Andrew Scott of the Ascot Group, and recognises both the vision of a leader and their ability to see it become a reality.

After hearing the news of his nomination, Gareth shared: “Wow! I’m super pleased and flattered to be included as a finalist in the Institute of Directors’ South West Director of the Year Awards. High praise indeed. Good luck to all the other finalists!”

The other nominees in this category are David Kirkpatrick from Tria Recruitment, specialising in technology and business transformation; Oliver Bruce from PinPoint Media, filmmakers who focus on a brand’s personality; Joanna Chavasse from Freckles Childcare, which combines childcare and housekeeping; and Jenny Cowderoy of Cowderoy Consulting, offering business growth support for digital and tech companies.

The awards ceremony will held be held on Thursday 14th June at Sandy Park Stadium, where the YellowDog team will discover whether Gareth will bring home another award for the trophy cabinet.
